Step #12 Remove from heat, stir in the banana & mango.
Step #13 Pour into serving dish, top this with islands, decorate with toffee.
Step #14 For the toffee:.
Step #15 Stir sugar & corn syrup in saucepan over heat, without boiling until sugar dissolves.
Step #16 Boil rapidly, without stirring, until mixture turns a light golden brown; remove this from heat, uncovered, allow bubbles to subside.
Step #17 Dip two tsps back to back into toffee & pull toffee into thin strands.
