Six Week Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients
  • Dressing .
  • 1 tsp dry mustard .
  • 1 c vinegar .
  • 1 green pepper, sliced .
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1 large onion, sliced in rings .
  • 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 3/4 c salad oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Layer cabbage, peppers, & onion in a dish.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top sugar over it.
  • Step #3 Combine dressing ingredients & bring to a boil.
  • Step #4 Toss over salad.
  • Step #5 Cover up & put in the fridge for at least 3 hrs before serving.
