Tuna And Corn Fritters Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley (optional) .
  • 100 g canned tuna in water .
  • 1 tbsp flour .
  • 1/2 small onion, finely sliced .
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese .
  • 125 g creamed corn (2-3 tbsps fresh corn can be substituted) .
  • 1 egg

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Step #2 Heat up a frying pan.
  • Step #3 When the pan is hot, spoon the mixture in heaped spoonfuls into the pan.
  • Step #4 Cook in batches for about 3 mins each side, or until both sides are golden brown.
  • Step #5 Remove from the pan, & continue cooking in batches.
