Trick On A Stick Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c popped popcorn .
  • 200 g dark chocolate, melted .
  • 100 g white chocolate, melted .
  • 1/4 c dried apricots, sliced .
  • sliced nuts or colored sprinkles, for decoration .
  • 1/4 c craisins

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix together the popcorn, Craisins & apricots.
  • Step #2 Pour the dark melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture & mix well.
  • Step #3 Using a tsp, place popcorn mixture into plastic ice block moulds & press tightly.
  • Step #4 Push lids into centre & put in the fridge for several hrs.
  • Step #5 Once set, remove this from moulds & dip each one into the melted white chocolate.
  • Step #6 Roll in the nuts or sprinkles.
  • Step #7 Refrigerate to set.
  • Step #8 *8-10 yield is approximate.
