Teriyaki Sticky Chicken (ww 4 Points) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps vinegar .
  • 3 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 1/2 c ketchup .
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 2 tbsps light teriyaki sauce .
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, teriyaki sauce & mustard.
  • Step #3 Spray & 8X8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step #4 Place 1/2 of the sauce into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Step #5 Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce & cover the chicken with the remaining sauce.
  • Step #6 Bake uncovered for 40 mins, or until the chicken is done & the sauce has thickened.
  • Step #7 Divide any sauce that is in the dish evenly over each piece of chicken.
  • Step #8 Serve with rice for extra points.
