1/2 c slice shiitake mushroom caps (or your favorite mushrooms) .
1/2 c dry white wine .
1 tbsp sliced fresh basil .
1 tbsp sliced fresh oregano .
2 tbsps minced garlic .
2 tbsps olive oil .
1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley .
1/8 tsp dry crushed red pepper .
1/4 tsp salt .
2 tbsps freshly grated parmesan cheese .
1/4 c peeled seeded, sliced tomatoes .
8 large fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined .
4 oz angel hair pasta, uncooked
Directions
Step #1 Cook pasta according to package directions; drain & set aside.
Step #2 Heat a 9-inch skillet over high heat 1 min; spray with vegetable spray & add olive oil & shrimp, stirring constantly, garlic & shallots; cook, 2 to 3 mins or until shrimp turn pink.
Step #3 Add asparagus & next 4 ingredients; stir in the wine, scraping bottom of skillet to loosen any particles, if necessary.
