Melissa's Easy Chili Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 1/4 oz) package chili seasoning mix (I use McCormick's mild) .
1 (28 oz) can petite sliced tomatoes .
3 (15 oz) cans flavored chili beans (I use 1 hot & 2 mild) .
1 dash hot sauce .
1 tsp salt .
1/2 c shredded cheese .
1 tsp pepper .
1 lb ground beef .
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce .
1 small onion (sliced) .
1/2 c water

Directions

Step #1 Brown ground beef; drain.
Step #2 Combine all ingredients in a pot.
Step #3 Simmer for 20 mins.
Step #4 Top with shredded cheese.
Step #5 Serve with crackers or cornbread.
