Step #1 In a 2 qt pot, bring about 5 c of water to a full boil.
Step #2 Add the four family size tea bags & remove this from heat.
Step #3 Set your timer for 5 mins (and 5 mins ONLY!).
Step #4 During this time add sugar to gallon sized tea pitcher.
Step #5 When 5 mins are up, add tea to sugar in pitcher & press carefully on tea bags to remove left in liquid & stir.
Step #6 Discard tea bags.
Step #7 While stirring, add rest of water to pitcher filling to about two or three inches from top.
Step #8 (watching color, I do about three inches from top.
