Step #1 On 12 skewers alternately place the shrimp, onions, peppers, scallops, tomatoes & mushrooms.
Step #2 In a large shallow, large enough to lay the skewers flat, non-metalic pan, mix the ale through salt & pepper together & lay the brochettes in the marinade, turning every once in awhile.
Step #3 Grill on each side for about 3 mins.
Step #4 Serve the brochettes with rice & a side dish of Teriyake Sauce.
