Step #1 Note: The recipe calls for Grey Poupon peppercorn mustard.
Step #2 As this mustard is not available here, I give the marinade a few good grinds of my peppercorn mill.
Step #3 Combine mustard, worcestershire sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, olive oil & garlic in a zip lock bag.
Step #4 Add beef & turn to coat both sides.
Step #5 Chill for several hrs or overnight.
Step #6 Preheat grill.
Step #7 Remove marinade from zip log bag.
Step #8 Reserve marinade.
Step #9 Coat grill with vegetale oil or Pam.
Step #10 Sear beef for 2 mins on each side.
Step #11 Cover up grill & cook 45 - 60 mins or until meat thermometer registers 150, brushing with reserved marinade every once in awhile.
Step #12 Alow beef to sit for 5 - 10 mins before carving.
Step #13 The reserved marinate can be made into a sauce by combining it with 1 c sliced mushrooms in a small heavy saucepan over moderate heat & cook this until heated through.
