1 c pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice for dressing from approx 20 oz can) .
1 c mandarin oranges, drained .
1 tbsp lemon juice .
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Step #1 Mix the first five ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Step #2 Dressing:.
Step #3 Combine the rest of the ingredients for the dressing in a small saucepan & cook over med-heat/flame til thickened, stirring constantly(I use a whisk).
Step #4 Let dressing cool slightly then pour over salad & chill in the fridge.
Step #5 Serve cold.
