Chocolate Dipped Pretzels Recipe

Step #1 DOUBLE BOILER METHOD: Fill lower pan with water to below level of top pan.
Step #2 Bring water to simmer, then remove this from heat.
Step #3 Put Candy Melts in top pan & set in position on lower pan.
Step #4 Stir constantly, without beating, until smooth & completely melted.
Step #5 MICROWAVE METHOD: In microwave-safe container, microwave 1 package of Candy Melts at half power or defrost setting for 1 min.
Step #6 Stir throughly.
Step #7 Continue to microwave & stir at 30 second intervals until smooth & completely melted.
Step #8 With a fork or dipping spoon, place pretzels into completely melted chocolate.
Step #9 Roll around carefully but quickly with the dipper until well covered.
Step #10 Carefully remove & allow excess to drip off & then place on waxed paper to set.
Step #11 Drizzle with coloring melts (red & green) for added decoration.
Step #12 Leave pretzels to sit for 30 mins until firm.
