Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c havarti cheese, shredded (or another white cheese you prefer) .
  • 12 oz light sour cream .
  • 3/4 c parmesan cheese .
  • 1 (8 oz) jar artichoke hearts .
  • 8 oz light cream cheese .
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, minced (add to personal taste) .
  • 4 oz light mayonnaise .
  • 20 oz frozen spinach

Directions
  • Step #1 Leave spinach out to thaw & cream cheese on the counter to soften for mixing.
  • Step #2 Thoroughly drain thawed spinach & jar of artichokes.
  • Step #3 Combine cream cheese, sour cream, & mayo in a mixing bowl until fairly creamy.
  • Step #4 Add shredded cheese, parmesan & garlic.
  • Step #5 Then add you spinach & artichokes.
  • Step #6 Scoop dip into an oven safe dish & pop into a preheated 375 degree oven & 15 mins & then turn the broiler on for a couple mins just to slightly brown the top.
