• 4 pork chops (about 1 3/4 lbs.) .
• fresh ground black pepper .
• 2 tsps vegetable oil .
• 3 tbsps orange marmalade .
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard .
• salt

• Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
• Step #2 In a medium saucepan over med-high heat; warm the oil.
• Step #3 Add in pork chops; brown 6-7 mins on each side.
• Step #4 Spice up with salt & pepper; transfer chops to a lightly greased 8x10 inch glass baking dish.
• Step #5 In a small bowl, mix the marmalade & mustard together.
• Step #6 Spread evenly over the chops; cover & bake 25-30 mins until chops are tender & barely pink in the center.
