Step #1 Crust: Grease bottom & side of 9 inch (22 cm) springform pan.
Step #2 Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Step #3 Remove from heat.
Step #4 Add crumbs.
Step #5 Mix well.
Step #6 Press evenly in bottom of prepared pan with flat-bottomed glass.
Step #7 Chill for 1 hr.
Step #8 Filling: Combine raisins & rum in small bowl.
Step #9 Let stand for 1 hr.
Step #10 Do not drain.
Step #11 Beat cream cheese & sugar in large bowl until smooth.
Step #12 Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until just mixd.
Step #13 Add next 3 ingredients.
Step #14 Add raisin mixture.
Step #15 Stir.
Step #16 Pour onto crust.
Step #17 Spread evenly.
Step #18 Bake in 325°F (160°C) oven for about 1 hr until almost set.
Step #19 Filling may still wobble in middle, but will set upon cooling.
Step #20 Immediately run knife around inside edge of pan to allow cheesecake to settle evenly.
Step #21 Cool completely.
Step #22 Cover up.
Step #23 Chill for at least 6 hrs or overnight.
Step #24 Dust cheesecake with cocoa.
