Baked Spaghetti With Ground Turkey Meat Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c yellow onions (sliced) .
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) jar mushrooms .
  • 2 c low-fat cheddar cheese .
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 16 oz spaghetti noodles .
  • 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey breast .
  • 1 c green peppers (sliced) .
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese (grated) .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) sliced tomatoes (no salt added)

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook Spaghetti noodles until done & set aside.
  • Step #2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees & grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Step #3 Cook the turkey breast, green peppers & onions in a skillet on medium heat until turkey is no longer pink.
  • Step #4 Add the drained jar of mushrooms & the can of sliced tomatoes to skillet.
  • Step #5 Simmer for 15 mins.
  • Step #6 In a small bowl mix two cans of cream of mushroom soup with the water.
  • Step #7 In the casserole dish place half of the cooked noodles, then topped with half the meat mixture, then 1 c cheese & finally half the cream of mushroom soup mixture.
  • Step #8 Repeat.
  • Step #9 Top with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #10 Cook on 350 for 35 mins.
