Robyn's Tex-mex Chicken And Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes .
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can sliced tomatoes (undrained) .
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon .
  • 1 1/4 c water .
  • 1 c shredded Mexican mix cheese .
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper .
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt .
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin .
  • 1 c rice (uncooked) .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder .
  • 15 chicken wings .
  • 1 tbsp chili powder .
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Empty all ingredients, except chicken, In a large-ish baking dish.
  • Step #3 Stir.
  • Step #4 Place chicken wings atop rice mixture.
  • Step #5 Spice up top of wings with a little more of the salt, black pepper, & chili powder.
  • Step #6 Cover up with foil wrap & bake for 1 hr or until wings are done & rice is tender.
  • Step #7 Top with shredded cheese & bake uncovered for an extra 5 mins.
  • Step #8 NOTE: I don't measure my seasonings, so these measurements are guestimations.
  • Step #9 Adjust seasonings to your own liking.
