Nestle' Holiday Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c undiluted evaporated milk .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 2 c milk chocolate chips .
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans or walnuts .
  • 2 c miniature marshmallows .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1 1/2 c granulated sugar .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar & salt in medium, heavy saucepan.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil over med-heat/flame, stirring constantly.
  • Step #3 Boil for 4 to 5 mins, stirring constantly.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat.
  • Step #5 Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts & vanilla.
  • Step #6 Stir vigorously for 1 min or until marshmallows are melted.
  • Step #7 Pour into foil wrap-lined 8-inch square baking pan; chill until firm.
  • Step #8 Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
  • Step #9 BUTTERSCOTHCH FUDGE: Substitute 2 c (12oz package) butterscotch flavored morsels for Milk Chocolate Morsels.
  • Step #10 MINT FUDGE: Substitute 1 1/2 c (10 0z package) mint flavored chocolate morsels for Milk Chocolate Morsels.
  • Step #11 SEMI-SWEET FUDGE: Substitute 1 1/2 c (9oz) Semi-sweet morsels for Milk Chocolate Morsels.
