Cappuccino Mousse Trifle Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (1 oz) semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, grated .
  • 2 1/2 c cold milk .
  • 1/3 c instant coffee granules .
  • 1 (16 oz) container Cool Whip .
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) packages frozen lb cake, thawed & cubed .
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon .
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large mixing bowl, stir milk & coffee granules until dissolved.
  • Step #2 Remove 1 c & set aside.
  • Step #3 Add pudding mixes to remaining milk mixture; beat on lowish speed 2 mins or until thickened.
  • Step #4 Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip.
  • Step #5 Place 1/3 of cake cubes in trifle bowl.
  • Step #6 Layer with 1/3 of reserved milk mixture, 1/3 of pudding mixture, & 1/4 of grated chocolate.
  • Step #7 Repeat layers.
  • Step #8 Garnish with remaining Cool Whip & chocolate.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
  • Step #10 Cover up & put in the fridge until serving.
