Ingredients
6 oz imitation crabmeat .
1 tsp dried parsley .
8 oz fat free cream cheese .
nonstick cooking spray .
1/4 c sliced green onions .
salt & pepper .
1 (12 oz) package wonton wrappers .
parmesan cheese .
1/4 c sweet & sour sauce .
2 tbsps milk .
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Step #1 Dip: Soften cream cheese in microwave.
Step #2 Stir in rest of ingredients (except wonton wrappers & parmesan cheese).
Step #3 Spread in serving bowl.
Step #4 Before serving, microwave to warm.
Step #5 Top with sweet & sour sauce.
Step #6 To make wonton strips (for dipping):.
Step #7 Cut each wonton wrapper in half.
Step #8 Spray with nonstick cooking spray (on pan & on top) & sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step #9 Bake 5-7 mins at 375 or until slightly brown.
