Lighter Crab Rangoon Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 oz imitation crabmeat .
  • 1 tsp dried parsley .
  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese .
  • nonstick cooking spray .
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 (12 oz) package wonton wrappers .
  • parmesan cheese .
  • 1/4 c sweet & sour sauce .
  • 2 tbsps milk .
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Dip: Soften cream cheese in microwave.
  • Step #2 Stir in rest of ingredients (except wonton wrappers & parmesan cheese).
  • Step #3 Spread in serving bowl.
  • Step #4 Before serving, microwave to warm.
  • Step #5 Top with sweet & sour sauce.
  • Step #6 To make wonton strips (for dipping):.
  • Step #7 Cut each wonton wrapper in half.
  • Step #8 Spray with nonstick cooking spray (on pan & on top) & sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Step #9 Bake 5-7 mins at 375 or until slightly brown.
