Pistachio Nut Swirl Cake Or Coffeecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • CAKE .
  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) package yellow cake mix .
  • FILLING .
  • 4 eggs .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil .
  • 1/2 c sliced walnuts

Directions
  • Step #1 FILLING:.
  • Step #2 Combine the sugar, cinnamon, & nuts together & set aside.
  • Step #3 CAKE:.
  • Step #4 Mix the cake mix, oil, pudding, food coloring, eggs, sour cream, & almond together.
  • Step #5 Beat at medium speed for 2 mins; scrape & beat another min.
  • Step #6 Grease & flour a 10" tube pan.
  • Step #7 Pour 1/3 of the batter in the pan.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with 1/2 of the sugar mixture & then put another layer of batter, & another layer of sugar.
  • Step #9 Top with batter.
  • Step #10 Bake at 350 for about 50 mins or till done.
