1 (29 oz) can Veg-All, original mixed vegetables .
1 (28 oz) can sliced tomatoes .
2 rib eye steaks .
3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil .
2 (15 oz) cans potatoes
Directions
Step #1 1.
Step #2 Cut up ribeye steaks into bite size pieces cutting fat away from meat.
Step #3 Place In a large-ish skillet with 2-3 c of water, 1/2 tsp of salt & 1/2 tsp of pepper.
Step #4 Add 2 tbsp Olive Oil & boil for 20 mins or until meat is tender.
Step #5 While boiling meat skim fat from top of water & dispose.
Step #6 2.
Step #7 While meat is cooking sautee onions in 1 tbsp of Olive Oil.
Step #8 Use the same pan the meat is in if you prefer not to dirty another pan after meat is cooked.
Step #9 4.
Step #10 Chop or dice potatoes & onion.
Step #11 5.
Step #12 While meat is cooking put the potatoes & the remainder of ingredients minus the macaroni In a large-ish pot & bring to boil then turn down to med to med-high.
Step #13 Fill 1 28oz can with water & pour in with mixture.
Step #14 6.
Step #15 Once onions have cooked put meat, onions & optional macaroni in pot with other ingredients.
Step #16 7.
Step #17 Let cook for 45 mins to 1 hr so flavors will thoroughly mix & pasta will cook.
