Grilled Salmon Steaks With Tarragon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 fresh salmon steaks, 1-inch thick (5-oz each) .
  • 3 tbsps fresh lemon juice .
  • 2 tbsps fresh tarragon, sliced .
  • 1 medium plum tomato, seeded & minced .
  • 2 shallots, minced .
  • 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, minced .
  • 1 c plain nonfat yogurt .
  • Tarragon Sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Start a grill or preheat broiler.
  • Step #2 Brush both sides of salmon with lemon juice.
  • Step #3 Grill for 5 to 6 mins per side, turning once, until salmon flakes when prodded with the tines of a fork.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, in a bowl, tomato, yogurt, mix shallots, tarragon, & parsley.
