Step #1 Preheat oven to 325F F & grease a 9" glass pie plate.
Step #2 Squeeze every drop of liquid from the spinach that you can & chop up the artichoke hearts into 8ths; mix together.
Step #3 Add chilies, mayo, cheese, & garlic powder & mix well.
Step #4 Pour into prepared dish & bake for 15 mins, stirring twice.
Step #5 Remove from oven & turn on your broiler.
Step #6 When the broiler is heated, pop the dip under the broiler & let if briefly brown, about a min or so.
Step #7 watch carefully so it does not burn.
Step #8 Serve with tortilla chips or inside a loaf of sourdough bread, using chunks of bread or veggies as dippers.
