Yummy Cucumber And Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 tsp fresh dill .
2 large cucumbers .
1/8 c fresh lemon juice .
1/4 c flax seed oil .
8 oz yellow pear tomatoes .
1 tbsp Dijon mustard .
8 oz cherry tomatoes .
1/8 c apple cider vinegar .
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

Step #1 Peel, seed & cut the cucumbers into medium sized pieces.
Step #2 Add cucumbers & tomatoes into a large bowl.
Step #3 In a measuring c, apple cider vinegar, add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, flax seed oil, garlic & dill.
Step #4 Whisk until throughly mixed.
Step #5 Add vinaigrette to bowl & toss until cucumbers & tomatoes are throughly coated.
