Step #1 Spray heavy skillet with PAM or other non-stick vegetable oil spray.
Step #2 Place on medium high heat.
Step #3 Slice Wrangler's 1/2 inch thick & add to skillet.
Step #4 When Wrangler's are starting to brown add mushrooms & continue to cook 2-3 more mins.
Step #5 Add black beans,tomatoes & corn.
Step #6 Stir well.
Step #7 Bring to a boil.
Step #8 Add cream cheese, reduce heat & cover.
Step #9 Cook 5 mins or until cream cheese softens & begins to melt.
Step #10 Remove cover.
Step #11 Stir well until cream cheese is well mixed.
Step #12 Add Lawry's & Frank's to taste.
Step #13 Continue to cook uncovered over medium-low heat, stirring often, 5-10 more mins.
Step #14 Remove from heat & let this stand 5 mins.
Step #15 Mixture will thicken up as it stands.
Step #16 Serve as is or over cooked brown rice.
