Wrangler Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese .
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms .
  • 1 tsp Lawry's Spice uped Salt (or to taste) .
  • 1 (16 oz) package wrangler hot dogs (I use beef) .
  • 2 c frozen sweet corn .
  • frank's hot sauce (to taste) .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoes .
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Spray heavy skillet with PAM or other non-stick vegetable oil spray.
  • Step #2 Place on medium high heat.
  • Step #3 Slice Wrangler's 1/2 inch thick & add to skillet.
  • Step #4 When Wrangler's are starting to brown add mushrooms & continue to cook 2-3 more mins.
  • Step #5 Add black beans,tomatoes & corn.
  • Step #6 Stir well.
  • Step #7 Bring to a boil.
  • Step #8 Add cream cheese, reduce heat & cover.
  • Step #9 Cook 5 mins or until cream cheese softens & begins to melt.
  • Step #10 Remove cover.
  • Step #11 Stir well until cream cheese is well mixed.
  • Step #12 Add Lawry's & Frank's to taste.
  • Step #13 Continue to cook uncovered over medium-low heat, stirring often, 5-10 more mins.
  • Step #14 Remove from heat & let this stand 5 mins.
  • Step #15 Mixture will thicken up as it stands.
  • Step #16 Serve as is or over cooked brown rice.
