Classic Kansas City Style Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp seasoning salt .
1 tsp mild curry powder .
2 c ketchup .
1/2 tsp mace .
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper .
1/2 tsp ground allspice .
1/2 c white wine vinegar .
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon .
3/4 c dark molasses .
1 tsp paprika .
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper .
1 tsp chili powder .
1 tsp cumin

Directions

Step #1 Combine all ingredients in a medium pot.
Step #2 Slowly bring to a boil & let simmer for 30 mins.
Step #3 Allow to cool & place this in a container with a very tight seal.
Step #4 Enjoy.
