Cheriyaki Soft Shell Crabs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 c cheriyaki glaze
  • 2 soft-shell crabs, cleaned

Directions
  • Step #1 In a deep skillet, Worcestershire sauce, mix together the cheriyaki glaze, mirin & soy sauce.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #3 Place the crabs side by side in the sauce, with the top shell down.
  • Step #4 Cook for about 5 mins, then turn & cook for 5 more mins.
  • Step #5 Remove to serving plates, & serve this with plenty of napkins!.
