Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 1/3 c sunflower oil .
  • 1 1/2 c unbleached flour .
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt .
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1/4 vanilla yogurt .
  • 1/2 c raw sugar .
  • 1 1/2 c ripe bananas, mashed (about 3 to 4) .
  • 1/2 c toasted walnuts, sliced .
  • 2 tsps vanilla .
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt & cinnamon & set aside.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, mix the oil, vanilla, yogurt & eggs; mix well.
  • Step #3 Add in bananas.
  • Step #4 Gradually add the dry ingredients & stir until mixd.
  • Step #5 Fold in walnuts.
  • Step #6 Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  • Step #7 Bake at 170ºC for 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Step #8 Cool for 10 mins before removing from pans to wire racks.
