Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 onion, sliced .
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced .
  • pepper, to taste .
  • salt, to taste .
  • 1 c reserved chicken broth .
  • 1 c butter .
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed .
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes .
  • paprika (optional) .
  • 1 roasting chicken .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 (12 oz) package spaghetti .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup

Directions
  • Step #1 Boil chicken in water until falling from the bone.
  • Step #2 Let cool & shred with a fork.
  • Step #3 Set aside 1 c broth.
  • Step #4 While chicken is cooking, melt butter & saute onion & bell pepper.
  • Step #5 Add the soups & 1 c reserved chicken broth.
  • Step #6 Add cubed velveeta slowly, & stir frequently until cheese is melted.
  • Step #7 Cook spaghetti in broth from chicken, adding 3 chicken buillion cubes.
  • Step #8 Add the shredded chicken & cooked spaghetti to the cheese sauce.
  • Step #9 Pour into casserole dish.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with paprika, if desired.
  • Step #11 Cover up.
  • Step #12 Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 mins.
