Artichoke Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c olive oil .
  • fresh parsley, finely sliced .
  • 5 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained rinsed & quartered .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced .
  • pepper .
  • 1/2 c romano cheese, grated .
  • 2 1/2 c breadcrumbs

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Melt butter in 13x9 baking dish in oven.
  • Step #3 Remove from oven & mix breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley & pepper into butter; mix in artichokes.
  • Step #4 Drizzle olive oil all over top & bake, uncovered, for 45 mins.
