• 1/8 tsp pepper .
• 4 1/2 c raw potatoes, sliced .
• 1/4 tsp salt .
• 6 slices bacon

• Step #1 Boil potatoes for 5 mins; drain.
• Step #2 In a frying pan, cook bacon until crisp.
• Step #3 Remove bacon & place on paper towels to drain; crumble bacon.
• Step #4 Add potatoes to bcon fat & cook this until lightly browned.
• Step #5 Drain potatoes on paper towels.
• Step #6 Put pototoes on serving plate; sprinkle with bacon, salt & pepper.
