Chewy Coconut Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 c flaked coconut
  • 1 (14 oz) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 c all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, toss together the coconut, flour & salt.
  • Step #2 Stir in sweetened condensed milk & almond extract until mixed.
  • Step #3 (Mixture will be thick & sticky.
  • Step #4 ) Drop by rounded tspfuls 3 in.
  • Step #5 apart on baking sheets lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #6 Bake at 300F degrees F for 18-22 mins or until edges are lightly browned.
  • Step #7 Cool for 2 mins before removing to wire racks.
