Ingredients
  • 1 c lemon sorbet (or mango sorbet) .
  • mint sprigs (optional) .
  • 3/4 c chilled seeded honeydew balls .
  • 3/4 c chilled seeded watermelon balls .
  • 1/2 c sweet sparkling wine, chilled .
  • 3/4 c chilled seeded cantaloupe melon balls

Directions
  • Step #1 Arrange melon balls among four wine glasses or goblets.
  • Step #2 Scoop about 1/4 c sorbet atop melon.
  • Step #3 Pour about 2 tbsps sparkling wine over sorbet & melon.
  • Step #4 If desired, garnish with mint sprigs.
  • Step #5 S.
  • Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
  • Step #7 Food exchanges: 1/2 fruit.
