Step #1
In a medium bowl, sour cream, mix together the hot pepper sauce, ketchup & honey until smooth.
Step #2 Spice up with paprika & cumin.
Step #3 Set aside half of the sauce for serving later, then place chicken breasts in the remaining sauce to marinate.
Step #4 Cover & put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs.
Step #5 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #6 Add garlic & cook this until fragrant.
Step #7 Place chicken breasts coated with marinade into the skillet, & meat is cooked through, & cook this until nicely browned on each side, about 20 mins.
Step #8 Meanwhile, heat reserved marinade in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
Step #9 Serve chicken breasts over white rice, or over salad greens with sauce spooned over the top.
