Crab & Spinach Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese .
  • 1 (8 oz) can crabmeat .
  • 1/2 garlic clove, cut up in fine pieces .
  • 2 c milk .
  • 1 (1 7/8 oz) package leek soup mix .
  • 2 c of uncooked gernelli pasta (twist) .
  • 2 c baby spinach leaves, stems removed

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole or square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches, with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Cook & drain pasta as directed on package.
  • Step #4 While pasta is cooking, mix soup mix & milk in 1-quart saucepan.
  • Step #5 Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Step #6 Cut up garlic clove (my personal ingrediant) & place this in a medium size bowl.
  • Step #7 Wash & drain spinach & place this in same bowl.
  • Step #8 Mix pasta & crab claw meat (my personal choice instead of imitation crabmeat) with items in bowl.
  • Step #9 Pour soup mixture over pasta mixture; stir carefully to mix.
  • Step #10 Pour entire mixture in casserole & spread evenly.
  • Step #11 Sprinkle top with cheese.
  • Step #12 Bake uncovered about 25-30 mins or until bubbly & light golden brown.
