• 1/3 c water .
• 2 tbsps green onions .
• 2 tbsps lemon juice .
• 1 c salsa, prepared chunky style .
• 4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick .
• 1 tsp vegetable oil

• Step #1 heat oil in a heavy non stick pan over medium high heat.
• Step #2 Brown pork on both sides.
• Step #3 mix remaining ingredients except green onion.
• Step #4 Spice up with salt & pepper to taste.
• Step #5 pour mixture over chops & let simmer 10 to 12 mins.
• Step #6 sprinkle with green onion & serve.
