Ingredients
  • 1 egg .
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil .
  • 1 c warm water (about 115 F) .
  • 2 tbsps active dry yeast .
  • 3-3 1/2 c all-purpose flour .
  • 2 tbsps warm water (about 115 F) .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Step #2 Add oil & sugar;let this stand for 5 mins.
  • Step #3 Add the egg, salt & enough flour to form a soft dough.
  • Step #4 Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth & elastic, about 3-5 mins; don't let rise.
  • Step #5 Divide into 12 pieces; shape each into a ball.
  • Step #6 Place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
  • Step #7 Cover up & let rest for 10 mins.
  • Step #8 Bake at 425F for 11 mins or until golden brown.
