Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps capers, rinsed .
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise .
  • fresh cracked pepper, to taste .
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill or 1 1/2 tsps fresh dill .
  • 12 oz canned salmon (drained, flaked, boneless & skinless) .
  • 1/2 c scallions, sliced .
  • 1/2 lemon, juice & zest of .
  • 1/4 c roasted pepper, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Step #2 Serve on a bed of greens for low carb.
  • Step #3 Or serve this with bagel chips or on your favorite bread.
