Ingredients
  • 8 oz Rotel Tomatoes .
  • 24 oz evaporated milk .
  • 3/4 lb monterey jack cheese, grated .
  • 8 eggs .
  • 27 oz canned whole green chilies .
  • 4 tbsps flour .
  • 2 lbs ground beef .
  • 3/4 lb cheddar cheese, grated

Directions
  • Step #1 brown ground beef season this with salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 In a bowl mix flour, eggs, milk.
  • Step #3 Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
  • Step #4 in bottom layer crock pot green chiles, meat, cheeses, milk mix.
  • Step #5 cook on low 6-8 hrs.
  • Step #6 last 1/2 hr pour rotel tomatoes on top.
