Tuna Balls With Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise .
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard .
  • 2 tbsps green onions, sliced .
  • 1 c frozen peas .
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill weed .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1 1/4 c cornflake crumbs, divided .
  • 2 c milk .
  • 1 (1 7/8 oz) package white sauce mix, I use Knorr .
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz) cans solid white tuna packed in water

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine tuna, the mayonnaise, 1-c cornflake crumbs, egg onion & mustard in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Step #2 Shape into 12 balls, 1-½ inches in diameter.
  • Step #3 Place remaining ¼ c cornflakes crumbs in shallow dish.
  • Step #4 Roll each ball in crumbs to coat evenly.
  • Step #5 Arrange tuna balls in 9-inch pie plate.
  • Step #6 Bake in a 350-degree oven until golden brown, for.
