Mark's Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c mini chocolate chips (optional) .
  • 1/3 c peanuts, sliced .
  • 8 oz Cool Whip .
  • 1 c confectioners' sugar .
  • 1/3 c creamy peanut butter .
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened .
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Directions
  • Step #1 In the bottom of the pie crust, sprinkle the sliced peanuts & bake for 5 mins at 300F degrees; remove this from oven & cool completely.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients & mix well.
  • Step #3 Pour into the cooled crust & garnish with extra sliced peanuts & chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Step #4 Refrigerate 1 hr before serving.
  • Step #5 Keep put in the fridged until serving & put in the fridge any leftovers (like you'll have any!).
