Ingredients
1/4 c sweetened condensed milk .
1/2 tsp yeast .
1/4 c water .
1/4 c sugar .
1/2 c flour .
1/4 c chocolate .
2 tbsps butter .
2 eggs .
1/2 tsp baking powder .
1/4 c peanuts .
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Step #1 Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
Step #2 Adjust water amount to make a slightly runny batter & let sit on the counter for 3 hrs.
Step #3 It will thicken up.
Step #4 Finely chop the chocolate (good quality works best).
Step #5 Finely chop the peanuts (salted works best).
Step #6 Spray a nonstick skillet or griddle & cook the batter pancake style (makes 2), flipping once.
Step #7 When cooked, butter the top.
Step #8 Pour generous amount of sweetened condensed milk over top & sprinkle with chocolate & nuts.
Step #9 Fold in half like a taco.
Step #10 Cut into strips & serve warm.
