Apricot Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c onions .
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice .
  • 1 tsp lemon rind, grated .
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 1 apple, peeled & sliced .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1/4 c raisins .
  • 3/4 c dried apricot halves, sliced .
  • 1/2 c apple cider vinegar .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard .
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced .
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, mix all the ingredients; bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Step #2 Reduce heat, & let simmer uncovered, 30 mins or to desired consistency, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #3 Cover up & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #4 Serve with ham or cheese & crackers.
