Fish Finger Wraps - Fish Stick Wraps (usa) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 140 g light sour cream .
  • 1/4 c extra light cheese, grated .
  • 6 flour tortillas .
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce .
  • 1 small onion, finely sliced .
  • 12 frozen fish sticks (or fish fingers) .
  • 1/2 c light cheese, grated .
  • 410 g cream of mushroom soup, tin

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Step #2 In a bowl mix onion, soup, sweet chilli sauce, sour cream & 1/2 c grated cheese.
  • Step #3 Place two fish fingers down the centre of each tortilla & spoon over about 2 tbsp sauce to cover fish fingers.
  • Step #4 Carefully roll up tortillas & place seam side down in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Step #5 Spoon over remaining sauce & sprinkle with extra grated cheese.
  • Step #6 Bake for 15-20 mins until sauce is bubbling & tortillas golden.
