Brownie - Peanut Butter Cake (by: Betty C) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs .
  • 20 oz Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix .
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 8 oz cream cheese .
  • 1 c peanut butter .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 350°F Grease dome pan & bottom of insert with shortening.
  • Step #2 Make brownie mix as directed on package using water, oil & eggs.
  • Step #3 Pour batter into dome pan to fill like; lock insert pan into place.
  • Step #4 Bake 35 - 40 mins.
  • Step #5 Cool 20 mins; remove insert pan.
  • Step #6 Completely cool cake in dome pan before filling, about 1 hr.
  • Step #7 (For easier filling, freeze cooled cake 30 mins if desired.
  • Step #8 ).
  • Step #9 In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter & powered sugar with spoon until smotth.
  • Step #10 Spoon mixture to top of cake.
  • Step #11 Invert cake onto serving plate.
  • Step #12 Microwave frosting as directed on tub.
  • Step #13 Pour frosting over entire cake.
  • Step #14 Decorate with confetti or sprinkles.
