- 20 oz Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix .
- 1/2 c powdered sugar .
- 1/4 c water .
- 8 oz cream cheese .
- 1 c peanut butter .
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
Directions
- Step #1 Heat oven to 350°F Grease dome pan & bottom of insert with shortening.
- Step #2 Make brownie mix as directed on package using water, oil & eggs.
- Step #3 Pour batter into dome pan to fill like; lock insert pan into place.
- Step #4 Bake 35 - 40 mins.
- Step #5 Cool 20 mins; remove insert pan.
- Step #6 Completely cool cake in dome pan before filling, about 1 hr.
- Step #7 (For easier filling, freeze cooled cake 30 mins if desired.
- Step #8 ).
- Step #9 In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter & powered sugar with spoon until smotth.
- Step #10 Spoon mixture to top of cake.
- Step #11 Invert cake onto serving plate.
- Step #12 Microwave frosting as directed on tub.
- Step #13 Pour frosting over entire cake.
- Step #14 Decorate with confetti or sprinkles.
