Fudgy Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

3 (1 oz) unsweetened chocolate squares, melted & cooled .
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated) .
2 tsps vanilla extract .
4 egg yolks .
1 c nuts, sliced (optional) .
2 c whipping cream, whipped (do not use non-diary whipped topping)

Directions

Step #1 In large mixer bowl, beat chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks & vanilla; mix well.
Step #2 Stir in nuts if desired.
Step #3 Fold in whipped cream.
Step #4 Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container; cover.
Step #5 Freeze 6 hrs or until firm.
Step #6 Return leftovers to freezer if theres any left.
