Chicken Rotini Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 13 c chicken broth
  • 4 c water
  • 1 (12 oz) package rotini pasta
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken - cut into bite size pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Place enough water in a 5 quart pot over high heat to boil the pasta.
  • Step #2 Place the bouillon in the water & bring to a boil.
  • Step #3 Place the rotini in the boiling water & cook according to package directions.
  • Step #4 Drain & set pasta aside.
  • Step #5 In a large pot over high heat, mix the chicken broth & water.
  • Step #6 To this, onion, add the celery, carrots & chicken.
  • Step #7 Bring to a boil & stir in the the reserved pasta.
  • Step #8 Reduce heat to medium low, let simmer & season this with the garlic powder, onion powder & salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #9 Cook 20 mins, or until vegetables are tender & chicken is no longer pink.
  • Step #10 Serve hot.
