Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sour cream .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package instant butterscotch pudding mix .
  • 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil .
  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) package white cake mix .
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract .
  • 2/3 c rolled oats

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl, stir this together cake mix, instant pudding, & rolled oats.
  • Step #4 Add oil, sour cream, water, & vanilla; mix until smooth & well mixed.
  • Step #5 Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Step #6 Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls, & place 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Step #7 Bake for 8 to 10 mins in the preheated oven.
  • Step #8 Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 mins before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
