Step #1 Cut 18x12-inch sheet of waxed paper; place on work surface.
Step #2 In 4-quart Dutch oven, melt butter & marshmallows over low heat/flame, stirring frequently, until smooth.
Step #3 Stir in cereal, Spread cereal mixture on waxed paper; cool 5 mins.
Step #4 Cut 34x12-inch sheet of waxed paper; place on work surface.
Step #5 Lightly spray hands with cooking spray.
Step #6 With hands, shape cereal mixture into 2 1/2-inch balls.
Step #7 In small microwavable dish, microwave chocolate chips & shortening on High 1 to 1 1/2 mins, stirring until smooth.
Step #8 Drizzle chocolate over cereal balls.
Step #9 Let stand at least 30 mins until chocolate is set before serving.
